Tiny Woodland Christmas at the Cottage Watercolor Workshop is a simple, thoughtful, lovely 2.5 hour watercolor workshop held in my home in Mechanicsburg, Ohio. Each intimate class has just six spots, creating a cozy setting to slow down, create your own precious handmade items, and enjoy a calm early start to the Christmas season.

Together, we will create:

  • Eight tiny watercolor gift tags

  • Four tiny gift card paintings with envelopes

  • A gilded framed cottage painting displayed on a tiny easel

  • You will also take home your paint palette and a white ceramic mug with a sculpted mushrooms to nestle all of your finished art inside

You will learn how to sketch tiny guidelines, use a kneaded eraser, layer watercolor, work with white watercolor paint and shimmer paint. This is a perfect class to discover why tiny painting is such a joyful place for beginners to begin or to add a new skill into your current painting rotation. We will paint wintry mushrooms with pines & branches, cottages in the pines, delicate wreaths, and a pine trees.

Everything is provided, including your take home paint palette, light refreshments, and a cozy Christmassy atmosphere. You are also welcome to browse my open house Christmas market for early holiday shopping if you would like as my tiny market will be open from 9a-4p.
