Designing a Home with Heart

It always feels so good to get creative with household items. It's a great way to stay motivated, and organize a space by adding a few simple touches.  While I'm prepping to turn half of our small pantry into a mudroom, I've had to create a new "command central" that will be in plain view in our kitchen. An old gifted shed full of tools and equipment on the side of our yard just sat sadly crying to be given new life.  It felt similar to my inner creative struggle. Creative ruts are common, but they tend to cut deep when markets and shops change direction.
